About our cooperation
Facta employees often go to the origins to get a feeling about the crops but as well to maintain the relationship with the different stakeholders. The farmers who are the starting point of the “chocolate” supply chain are very important to us. We like to see them prosper.
Travelling into the bush we encounter wonderful people but often see the challenges as well some of them face.
Together with some partners in the business we therefore have committed ourselves already for a long time to try to make a change for the better.
Making use of the local expertise of Darlings International we give through them support to a number of projects like the “Darlings Villa” – A home for aged people and most recently we helped in doing a total renovation for the “Darlings Vocational School” – A school where young girls are taught to become independent by learning the skill of a tailor and/or hairdresser.
It simply is incredibly rewarding to contribute to improving the quality of life for others…
